DESCRIPTION:As a recent COP28 TechSprint winner\, ZERO13 has been invited to a virtual roundtable focused on unleashing Blockchain to scale sustainable finance. The discussion will be facilitated by BIS Innovation Hub and will focus on how Blockchain is shaping the future of sustainable finance. This event is jointly developed by the Bank for International Settlements (BIS)\, the COP28 UAE Presidency\, the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates (CBUAE)\, and the Emirates Institute of Finance (EIF) as a global initiative advancing innovative technology solutions to scale sustainable finance and climate action. \nAs one of the five COP28 UAE TechSprint finalists\, we will be given the opportunity to reflect on the progress made since then\, share the major milestones and achievements highlighting the recent advancements and the utilization of Blockchain in the respective ventures of TechSprint\, as well as share the outlook for blockchain in sustainable finance\, discuss the prominent applications\, enablers\, and hurdles associated with utilizing Blockchain to advance sustainable finance initiatives.
